Pre-seed to Series A startups where one hire can touch product, GTM, and ops in the same week
Founders who need a thinking partner, not just someone to execute a pre-written plan
Teams that value hands-on generalist experience over a narrow functional resume
A founder who wants someone who can both set direction and execute on it, not just one or the other

Translating the founder's priorities into things that actually ship

Standing up the internal processes that let a small team move fast

Not a fit
Executive Assistant or scheduling-and-logistics roles with no strategic input. Large, process-heavy companies where one person doesn't have real surface area. Roles where "operator" or "chief of staff" is a title without real scope behind it. Narrow, single-function roles.
